Surge Construction Services is based in Lehi, and this is home ground for owner Andrew Meservey and the crew. We finish basements, remodel whole homes, rebuild kitchens and bathrooms, build additions and new construction, and handle finish carpentry, cabinets and decks.

Lehi has grown fast with the tech companies along the Silicon Slopes corridor, and many of its neighborhoods are newer subdivisions. A lot of those homes were built with an unfinished basement, which is often the biggest block of unused square footage in the house.
Finishing it can add bedrooms, a family room, a bathroom, a wet bar or a full basement apartment. Utah winters are cold and the summers are hot and dry, so framing, insulation and egress windows matter as much as the finishes. Permit requirements vary by city, so we help plan layout and permitting before the build starts.
