Large lots and custom work

Highland is known for larger lots and larger homes, many of them with full basements, big kitchens and room for outdoor living. Projects here tend to lean toward custom work: built-ins, detailed trim and cabinetry, primary suites and decks that make the most of the yard and the mountain views.

With the canyon close by, winters bring real snow and cold, and summers are hot and dry. Decks, exterior trim and additions need to be built with those swings in mind.
